aww thank you you're so sweet :) no real secrets just old fashioned exercise and diet!! i have quite a bit more weight to loose but i'm planning on doing a full on blog post about my weight lose journey once i reach my goal weight (hopefully hehe :)
hi hon! i just wanted to answer your question about the stairs! yes going up and down stairs is TOTALLY a workout.. i try to run up and down the stairs a few times a day and in under 5 min. i'm completely broken out in sweat!!! and it makes your legs and butt look amazing hahahah :p
